 Y-HG1 Heavy-duty Metallurgical Hydraulic Cylinder

Y-HG1 type metallurgical equipment standard hydraulic cylinder, a double-acting single-rod hydraulic cylinder, with 17 specifications ranging from 40 to 320mm in cylinder diameter, rated pressure of 16MPa, and optional cushioning device. This series of hydraulic cylinders has 13 installation connection types, all conforming to ISO6021/1-1981 except for the axial bracket type. The piston rod end thread complies with GB2350-80. Suitable for operating temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃, with working media being hydraulic oil and emulsified liquid, for metallurgical equipment (not suitable for phosphate ester).

Y-HG1 hydraulic cylinder features the following characteristics:

   - Uses polyurethane or nitrile rubber skeletonless dust seals, effectively preventing dust and impurities from entering.
4. Wide applicability
   - Suitable for media including hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, and emulsified liquid, but not for phosphate esters.
   - Wide operating temperature range, usable from -40℃ to +180℃.
5. Diverse structures
   - Cylinder diameter range of 40~320mm, offering 34 specifications and 68 varieties to meet different needs.
   - Available in two structures: with gap cushioning and without cushioning, for quick start or smooth operation.
6. Standardized installation connections
   - Installation connection methods comply with international standard ISO6020/1-1981, providing 13 types of installation forms such as flange, pin, and ear ring.
   - The piston rod end thread conforms to GB2350-80 standard, facilitating installation and maintenance.
