Product Description

QGB cylinder is a heavy-duty cylinder with a single piston, double-acting, and adjustable cushioning on both sides.

Structural Design:

Complies with international standards, with appearance and installation dimensions conforming to ISO6430 international standards, compact size, and minimal installation space. Features cushioning function: unique buffering design ensures smooth movement, and can be equipped with sensing devices for automatic control.
Material and Durability:

High-quality materials: models with a cylinder diameter ≤100mm use aluminum alloy end caps and hard anodized steel tube barrels, while models with a cylinder diameter ≥125mm use cast iron end caps and hard-chromed seamless steel tubes, offering wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Long lifespan: piston rods are chrome-plated, and seals use imported oil seals, requiring no lubrication and ensuring long life.
Performance Parameters:

 Operating pressure: 0.1-1MPa, withstands 1.5MPa, environmental temperature range -15℃ to 60℃. Speed range: piston speed 50-500mm/s, theoretical maximum output force up to 19792N.
